Winning hurdler Picture Painter won over 1m6f on the Flat at Musselburgh last time but that was back in May and he’s switched to David Pipe’s yard since. Fitzwilly finished in front of Graceful Lady when scoring over 2m at Kempton last month and AGAINST THE ODDS finished closer at Lingfield last time having started the year rated 13lb higher. Tom Clover’s charge may well end a long losing run off his current mark. Becca Campbell has been treading water but this longer trip could help while Methag has been in the mix recently and could also go well.
